The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Lenhartsville, PA. The position offers an annual salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 and supports the distribution operations of Uline, Inc., a major North American distributor. This role is responsible for directing all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics. The Director leads by example on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and teams to drive operational excellence, safety, and productivity across a large-scale facility.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
