What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate commercial, technology, and licensing agreements
• advise on intellectual property, technology, and product matters
• support software, hardware, cloud computing, AI/ML, and digital asset transactions
• counsel on data privacy, security, and open-source licensing
• advise on procurement, supply chain, semiconductor, and IT matters
• support international licensing and cross-border transactions
• assist with IP matters related to M&A, financing, and post-closing integration.
