What you'll do

• Serve as a site leader for HR policies, practices, and programs
• advise site leadership on employee matters and corrective actions
• coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation, benefits meetings, and training
• support employee engagement, performance reviews, investigations, leave requests, and HR questions
• maintain HRIS records and employment data
• and help ensure compliance with labor regulations. Travel may be required as needed.
