The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:40 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. Pace Center for Girls provides academic and counseling programs using a gender-responsive, strength-based, and trauma-informed framework. The coordinator oversees community-based prevention, diversion, and early-intervention programming for girls ages 11–17, combining program administration, clinical oversight, and direct services. The role supports quality therapeutic care, team leadership, and program compliance so participants can build resilience and access appropriate support.

What you'll do

• Oversee program quality and fidelity to the evidence-based model
• support recruitment and retention
• guide assessment, referrals, therapy, and case management
• provide direct therapy, psycho-educational groups, family support, and crisis intervention as warranted
• review clinical documentation
• supervise and develop the Reach team
• monitor training, outcomes, regulatory requirements, and grant obligations
• and collaborate with community providers.
