What you'll do

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
• coordinate background checks, license verification, health screenings, onboarding, orientation, and training
• ensure compliance with Indiana labor laws and applicable home health requirements
• maintain compliant personnel files
• handle employee relations matters and investigations
• support performance improvement and corrective actions
• update HR policies and the employee handbook
• administer benefits, leave, and workers’ compensation claims
• oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, HRIS accuracy, and HR metrics.
