Job overview

The Maritime Docking Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator role is onsite in Everett, Washington, at naval shipyards, dry docks, and controlled-access facilities. Pay is $26–$35 per hour. Everett Ship Repair is a ship repair and conversion facility supporting vessel readiness and operational availability. The coordinator plans and tracks dry-dock maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and overhauls in alignment with NAVSEA requirements. The role helps ensure dock assets are ready for critical operations by coordinating teams, inspections, safety controls, documentation, and schedule and cost performance.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate dock maintenance and modernization
  • execute work using NAVSEA Standard Items, technical manuals, drawings, and specifications
  • monitor labor, materials, costs, and schedules
  • inspect mechanical, piping, and auxiliary systems
  • maintain configuration control and work authorization records
  • review job hazard analyses and inspection plans
  • lead production touchpoints and safety briefings
  • coordinate with NAVSEA, SUPSHIP, and Department of Defense personnel during audits and inspections.
