What you'll do

• Lead studio operations, sales, staffing, scheduling, and facility management
• execute lead generation, community outreach, and marketing
• oversee sales from inquiry through membership conversion
• recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff
• conduct coaching and performance reviews
• plan promotional events and member engagement initiatives
• maintain brand standards
• address escalated member concerns
• manage budgets, payroll, inventory, costs, and vendors
• maintain the facility.
