Regional Sales Director, Retirement Plan Sales

The Regional Sales Director, Retirement Plan Sales role is 100% remote for candidates who reside in the greater Dallas, TX area or Oklahoma. The base salary range is $90,000–$130,000 per year, with uncapped quarterly commissions. The role supports Mutual of America Financial Group’s retirement and pension services for organizations and other customers. The director develops a sales territory, prospects for new retirement plan business, and cross-sells products. The role builds relationships with plan sponsors and clients, conducts sales meetings, and works toward territory growth and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage a large territory
• identify new business sources
• meet with 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• cultivate prospects and cross-sell solutions
• attend client reviews with customer relationship managers
• seek introductions and sales references.
