The Construction & Maintenance Technician (Aerial Fiber) role is onsite in Baltimore, MD; compensation is $25.00–$39.00 per hour. The technician helps build, maintain, and improve Greenlight Networks' fiber network.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair fiber-optic equipment and lines
• splice fiber for network expansion and assist with troubleshooting and repairs
• diagnose network performance disruptions and repair faulty components
• audit and test customer-facing enclosures
• work with teams to maintain and improve the network
• resolve escalated network issues
• work outdoors in varied weather
• participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
