What you'll do

• Train staff in humane animal handling
• ensure adequate care coverage
• review attendance and timesheets
• oversee feeding, cleaning, health checks, and kennel inventory
• support staff development
• coordinate with the Animal Care Manager
• ensure medication and treatment protocols are followed
• maintain disease control and sanitation
• handle and care for animals
• monitor behavior and health
• maintain records
• support animal placement and volunteers.
