Job overview
The New College Grad - Embedded Firmware Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Systems Integration Group in developing custom semiconductor equipment. This role exists to build embedded software running on bare metal to embedded Linux. The engineer works with cross-discipline teams to create custom in-house semiconductor equipment from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Develop new and modify existing equipment in cross-discipline design teams.
- Develop in C, C++, Bash, and Python.
- Work with New Product Introduction and Operation teams.
- Improve existing designs and respond to manufacturing support.
- Debug software-hardware interactions using lab equipment.
