Senior Director, Collective Investment Fund Operations

The Senior Director, Collective Investment Fund Operations works in a hybrid arrangement, onsite two days per week in Phoenix, AZ, or Denver, CO; compensation is $140,000–$160,000 per year. The role leads operations for a collective investment trust and collective investment fund platform. The leader oversees end-to-end fund operations while maintaining reliable daily execution and strengthening controls. The role also develops scalable processes, resolves complex operational issues, and prepares the platform for growth through coordination with service providers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Oversee fund accounting, NAV support, capital activity, trading and settlement, operational onboarding, service-provider relationships, financial reporting support, and risk management
• oversee reconciliations and operational controls
• support transfer agency operations, audits, and financial statements
• apply ERISA-related operational requirements and fiduciary governance frameworks
• coordinate with custodians, trustees, fund accountants, transfer agents, and sub-advisors
• improve workflows and controls
• support onboarding of new funds or clients.
