The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is an onsite role based in Bismarck, ND, with a salary range of $145,000 - $160,000 per year. This position supports the iCIMS Enterprise sales team in helping clients build their winning workforce through talent acquisition solutions. This role exists to drive new business by developing and executing value-based sales plans. The Account Executive will research target accounts, build sales funnels, and lead the entire sales process to achieve quotas and help organizations turn talent acquisition into a competitive advantage.

What you'll do

• Leverage company training to build expertise in iCIMS Talent Cloud offerings.
• Research target accounts (3,500+ employees) to identify key decision makers and build value propositions.
• Build sales funnels through prospecting efforts including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Partner with sales development and presales teams to implement sales plans.
• Lead the entire sales process, including RFP/RFI and final contract negotiations.
