What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• validate demographic and insurance information at check-in
• prepare registration paperwork
• verify insurance eligibility
• collect copayments, balances, and estimated fees
• arrange payment plans
• review collection notes
• inform patients of schedule delays
• schedule follow-up and physical therapy appointments
• provide summaries of care, orders, and prescribed educational information
• assist the team and cover other front desks, including at other locations.
