What you'll do

• Lead property operations across Front Office and Concierge, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Maintenance, Boutique Spa, and Guest Services
• oversee the overall resort presentation and guest experience
• engage with guests and associates
• inspect cottages and public areas
• support teams as needed
• coach, recognize, and develop employees
• maintain property cleanliness and condition
• address maintenance issues and uphold standards.
