• Support the Store Manager
• assist with onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of Retail Sales Associates
• foster customer happiness and positive shift experiences
• perform and delegate opening and closing duties
• serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent
• maintain Outfitter metrics goals
• help lead monthly team meetings.
