What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment
• strengthen site access readiness and stakeholder relationships
• provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• educate on case management for consented patients
• troubleshoot case-level access barriers
• coordinate treatment logistics
• manage cross-functional handoffs
• document account activity and outcomes in the CRM
• execute account-level business plans
• maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
