What you'll do

• Lead and coach the culinary team
• ensure recipes, portion sizes, food preparation, and presentation meet quality standards
• oversee kitchen operations and service flow
• manage scheduling and staffing
• support hiring and onboarding
• manage ordering, inventory control, food costs, and line checks
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• support special events and catering as needed.
