What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• support Windows, Linux, and macOS
• manage user accounts using tools such as Active Directory
• assist with software installation and troubleshooting
• provide basic networking support
• configure and support computers and peripherals
• coordinate with vendors and IT teams
• document work and provide professional end-user support.
