Director, Member Experience & Lifecycle Marketing

Job overview

The Director, Member Experience & Lifecycle Marketing role is in-office four days per week at FoundersCard’s Spring, TX office. Base salary is $125,000–$155,000 per year, with an annual performance-based bonus of up to 15%. The role focuses on improving the member experience from enrollment through renewal. The director owns hands-on lifecycle and retention marketing, using member behavior and feedback to identify churn risk and shape targeted interventions. By coordinating with Member Support, Partnerships, and Product, the role aims to improve onboarding value, member satisfaction, and renewals.

What you'll do

• Build and execute lifecycle email programs, including onboarding, triggered campaigns, renewal sequences, at-risk saves, and re-engagement
• develop an early-warning system for churn risk
• personalize retention outreach using available member data
• manage the voice-of-member feedback loop through NPS, CSAT, and support themes
• partner with Member Support
• assess benefit performance and friction with Partnerships
• and use AI tools to support analysis and campaign production.
