What you'll do

• Support and guide the Dealer Development team
• manage the administrative support team
• train staff on dealer onboarding and account changes
• coordinate with sales, service, warranty, parts, credit, marketing, and legal
• maintain dealer action logs and dealer lists
• provide progress and ad hoc reports
• send, renew, and amend dealer agreements
• set up dealer profiles
• manage credit limits
• oversee UCC-1 and PPSA filings
• coordinate dealer terminations
• draft dealer communications
• guide newly onboarded dealers
• identify process improvements
• support outside sales with dealer changes
• track dealer progress against the dealer standards program.
