Bilingual Spanish/English Enrollment Coordinator — Youth Volunteer Enrollment

What you'll do

• Interview volunteers and families virtually, in-office, or during home visits
• contact references and collateral contacts and assess suitability
• prepare participants for enrollment and coordinate matching
• facilitate initial match meetings
• document assessments and maintain accurate records
• advocate for prospective participants awaiting placement
• collaborate with service-delivery staff
• monitor youth safety and report critical incidents
• represent the organization in the community
• participate in site-wide initiatives and team projects.
