Medication Aide, Second Shift

The Medication Aide, Second Shift role is onsite in Lowell, MI, in Resident Care Services. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Keep resident charts and licensing documentation current
• communicate resident status changes
• verify E-MAR documentation before medication administration
• stock medication carts
• coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies
• communicate with physicians and healthcare providers as needed
• monitor psychotropic medication use against physician orders and document observations
• control medication-room access and keys
• administer medications in accordance with state regulations
• coordinate medical appointments
• review and report communication notes.
