What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• conduct preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building issues
• monitor equipment and mechanical rooms
• assist with pools and common facilities
• respond to maintenance requests
• keep work records
• coordinate with contractors
• follow safety procedures
• and assist with emergency maintenance situations.
