Senior Product Designer

Job overview

The Senior Product Designer role is remote for candidates across the United States. Team members within 40 miles of the Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters are expected to work onsite four days per week. The expected hiring range is $91,000–$160,000 per year. The designer supports Nextiva’s Unified Customer Experience platform and its AI-powered customer experience and collaboration products. The role leads product design from discovery through delivery, partnering with product, engineering, and customers to turn complex needs into production-ready desktop and mobile experiences. It also advances design systems and uses research, testing, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows to improve customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product design across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences
• partner with product managers and engineers to define solutions
• engage customers and translate feedback into product decisions
• create user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• design across onboarding, e-commerce, AI capabilities, administration, and customer conversations
• build AI-assisted functional prototypes
• review AI-generated frontend implementations and refine production code
• evolve design systems and reusable components
• use research, analytics, experimentation, and usability testing
• communicate design rationale and use AI tools responsibly.
