What you'll do

• Manage resident relations and requests
• engage, contract, supervise, and approve invoices for property goods and services
• assist with budgets, marketing campaigns, business plans, and events
• lead maintenance, office, and leasing staff
• coordinate resident fees
• participate in onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• maintain community records in Entrata
• assist with unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures
• respond to after-hours emergency issues.
