What you'll do

• Lead SEC reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings
• support board, committee, corporate records, annual meeting, and subsidiary governance
• partner on disclosures and investor communications
• draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions
• advise on privacy, compliance, and risk
• manage outside counsel
• improve legal processes and use of legal technology and AI.
