What you'll do

• Support Windows upgrade and asset management projects

• troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• coordinate with vendors
• replace or upgrade equipment
• provide technical support for laboratory instruments
• use ServiceNow, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation tools where applicable.
