What you'll do

• Lead or support server refreshes, consolidations, upgrades, cloud and tenant migrations, application upgrades, network and Wi-Fi improvements, security and monitoring deployments, and automation initiatives
• apply project governance, scheduling, change control, and documentation
• deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot server and application environments
• mentor lower-tier staff
• resolve Level 3 escalations involving servers, networking, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, VPN, and Microsoft 365
• communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• participate in on-call rotations and support the service desk during high-volume periods.
