What you'll do

• Provide activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living support as ordered in the care plan
• assist with personal care, transfers, ambulation, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document services
• observe and report changes in client condition
• and follow safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
