What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor chocolate molding machinery
• perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments
• disassemble and deep-clean equipment during changeovers and sanitation
• adjust machinery for product changes
• identify and address or escalate malfunctions
• inspect finished products
• record production data
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• communicate production issues and support production goals.
