The Automotive Technician, EV Specialist role is hybrid in Sterling, VA. Pay is $25–$45 per hour. Easterns Automotive Group sells pre-owned vehicles, including Tesla and other electric vehicles, and serves the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. The technician diagnoses, services, repairs, and inspects vehicles, with an emphasis on electric and advanced-technology models. The role supports vehicle quality and service operations by identifying mechanical and electrical issues, documenting repairs, and working with service, inventory, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair Tesla, electric, hybrid, and gasoline-powered vehicles
• troubleshoot electrical, charging, communication, and drivability concerns
• perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• use diagnostic tools and software
• inspect used vehicles and identify safety or repair needs
• document diagnoses and recommendations
• collaborate with service, inventory, and operations teams.
