Small Group Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Small Group Personal Trainer role is onsite in Manning, SC, with a part-time schedule. What you'll do

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of four or more
• program and implement individualized workouts
• motivate members during sessions
• support attendance and retention
• monitor participant safety, heart rate, and exercise technique
• offer exercise options and challenges for different skill levels
• attend fitness staff meetings and educational presentations
• address member concerns
• support programming sales and marketing
• conduct outreach to inactive members
• provide member service.
