What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, tenants, visitors, and financial institution clients
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials and direct guests
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations in activity and incident reports and shift logs
• communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.
