What you'll do

• Organize patient flow
• greet and escort patients
• obtain health histories and vital signs and perform screenings as assigned
• document information in electronic health records
• assist with telephone follow-up and patient education under direction
• prepare instruments and equipment, run tests, and clean rooms
• support clerical tasks and provider procedures
• manage supplies and equipment
• protect patient confidentiality and follow infection-control guidelines
• provide translation services upon management request.
