What you'll do

• Identify project challenges and request support
• train and mentor Basic and Intermediate Carpenter team members
• serve as an onsite resource
• build containment systems
• build and repair metal-framed walls, acoustical ceilings, and roofing
• perform flood cutting and salvage
• identify insulation types and R-values
• perform carpentry across trim, doors, cabinetry, framing, ceilings, roofing, and siding
• inspect vehicles and maintain equipment
• protect customer property
• document labor, equipment, and materials
• support after-hours, weekend, and periodic travel needs
• supervise labor and subcontractors
• perform emergency board-ups and secure structures.
