What you'll do
- Design and implement operating models across Revenue, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
- map and redesign business processes
- configure CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management, and workflow tools
- establish SOPs, governance, and handoffs
- build workflow automation
- integrate data flows
- identify bottlenecks
- support adoption through change management, documentation, and training
