Home Health Aide

Job overview

Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Vienna, OH. CareBuilders at Home provides non-medical home care intended to help clients maintain independence and dignity in their homes. The aide follows assigned care plans and provides personal care, basic monitoring, documentation, and communication with appropriate personnel. The work supports clients’ daily needs while preserving their autonomy, rights, and dignity.

What you'll do

• Follow assigned patient care plans

• document care according to facility procedures

• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
