Virtual Primary Therapist — Adolescent Outpatient

The Virtual Primary Therapist role is remote for candidates located in California, with Monday–Thursday availability between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Friday hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; at least two days each week are scheduled 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. Evolve Treatment Centers’ virtual outpatient program serves adolescents experiencing addiction and/or mental illness. The therapist provides individual and family therapy, facilitates therapy groups, completes assessments and clinical documentation, and coordinates aftercare. The role contributes to individualized outpatient treatment and coordinated support for teens and their families.

What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload that includes individual and family sessions
• complete documentation in the electronic medical record
• facilitate weekly process and DBT groups
• attend weekly treatment team meetings and present cases
• complete biopsychosocial assessments at admission
• coordinate aftercare with parents and the discharge coordinator.
