What you'll do

• Serve as Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
• facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI planning
• coach teams, product owners, and leadership
• manage enterprise application delivery and lifecycle activities
• coordinate project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• monitor program health through KPIs and dashboards
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• align stakeholders and support governance, compliance, and operational readiness.
