Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Bel Air, MD. Pay is $33–$38 per hour. Sage Ventures develops, owns, rehabilitates, sells, and manages residential properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. Reporting to the Property Manager, the supervisor oversees building maintenance and repairs and organizes the maintenance team’s work. The role helps keep building systems and facilities maintained through planned schedules, staff oversight, and timely completion of repairs.

What you'll do

• Evaluate facilities and identify maintenance needs
• assess building systems and plan assignments and schedules
• hire and train maintenance staff
• organize and oversee staff work
• conduct performance evaluations and handle discipline as needed
• develop maintenance procedures and schedules
• ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time
• assist with budget estimates and repair project costs.
