What you'll do

• Answer general phone lines and customer inquiries
• explain destinations, pricing, schedules, and terminal directions
• call customers about schedule changes or cancellations
• sell and process ticket orders by phone, internet, and over the counter
• operate cash and card equipment
• manage cash, deposits, and sales reports
• route calls and greet visitors
• complete transaction documentation
• assist with luggage tags and luggage transfer
• handle money transfer transactions.
