Call Center Supervisor

What you'll do

• Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in the CRM
• coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production and installation teams
• answer and direct incoming calls
• greet visitors
• manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• assist with paperwork, data entry and office records
• train and supervise call center staff as needed.
