Virtual Oncology Nurse Navigator

Job overview

The Virtual Oncology Nurse Navigator role is remote, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Daymark Health provides personalized cancer care navigation, symptom support, behavioral health care, and social resources; local candidates may be preferred if able to commute to the Rhode Island office weekly. The nurse navigator provides triage, case management, education, and care coordination throughout the oncology journey. Working with an integrated care team, the role helps patients follow appropriate care pathways and access clinical and social support.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical support by phone, email, and video
• triage symptom survey responses and other reported symptoms
• escalate to a Nurse Practitioner when needed
• coordinate care, nutrition support, discharge planning, and referrals
• educate patients about diagnoses and care offerings
• collaborate with clinical staff and community health partners
• maintain documentation and follow operational standards.
