Compensation is $0 per hour. The Restaurant Crew Member role is an onsite position located in Severn, MD. 50/hour, with additional premiums for overnight shifts and performance-based certifications. Wonder is a mealtime platform dedicated to making high-quality food from exclusive restaurants accessible to everyone. This role exists to support the daily operations of our restaurant locations by preparing menu items to high standards, delivering exceptional hospitality to guests, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Crew members contribute to the team's success by mastering multiple kitchen and service roles, ensuring order accuracy, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both teammates and customers.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards
• maintain clean and organized kitchen stations
• follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines
• manage inventory scans and pack orders
• greet guests and assist with orders and payments
• support meal-kit and delivery operations
• perform light local marketing
• wash and restock cookware and equipment
• support teammates in a high-energy environment.
