The role develops hands-on capability in lean methods, factory performance improvement, and manufacturing leadership.

What you'll do

• Support the Site Strategic Agenda and implementation of the Kerry Manufacturing Standard
• identify and execute initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, operating efficiency, people management, and materials control
• support management teams on transformational projects
• support training and deployment of site programs, tools, techniques, and KPIs
• maintain awareness of improvement practices
• use Kerry's root-cause and eight-step problem-solving methods.
