Field Service Technician II — Part-Time

Job overview

The Field Service Technician II role is onsite in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, with pay of $22 per hour. The position provides frontline field support to keep deployed equipment and systems operating reliably for NCR Atleos customers. The technician performs first-line troubleshooting, basic corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment installation and setup, and parts handling. The role also records service activity, follows site procedures, provides status updates, and escalates complex issues to higher-level technical support.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment and systems onsite and perform basic corrective actions
• support equipment installation, setup, removal, and commissioning
• conduct scheduled preventive maintenance
• deliver, replace, and return spare or defective parts
• record time, tasks, and service outcomes in service management tools
• follow service procedures and safety requirements
• escalate unresolved issues
• provide status updates and participate in scheduled service coordination.
