What you'll do

• Set up banquet rooms according to diagrams, Banquet Event Orders, and guest requirements
• arrange tables, chairs, staging, podiums, dance floors, and equipment
• refresh rooms during breaks
• break down and clean rooms after events
• maintain storage areas and service stations
• assist banquet servers with transporting food and beverage items if needed
• inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
