What you'll do

• Maintain and repair hotel structures, grounds, guest rooms, meeting rooms, public areas, and equipment
• complete maintenance requests and preventive maintenance
• perform assigned carpentry, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and minor repair work
• test pool and spa chemicals and maintain logs
• conduct exterior checks
• participate in the emergency on-call rotation
• communicate professionally with guests and staff.
