What you'll do

• Build referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, and families
• conduct initial assessments and maintain required billable clinical hours
• oversee and mentor BCBAs
• build and train RBT teams
• support high-quality individualized ABA services
• collaborate with clinical leadership across states
• represent House of Hearts clinically and operationally in Nebraska.
